Saxon Property Management carries full Professional Indemnity Insurance and is compliant with all current legislation including the
Tenancy Deposit Scheme and Energy Performance rating.
Properties are marketed using local press, internet and targeted mail-shots. All viewings are accompanied and prospective tenants are
thoroughly vetted using professional referencing services.
Two levels of service are offered — Tenant Find and Full Management.
Whilst our core service is property management, we can also:
